As the saying goes “The sequel is never as good as the original”. In this case this statement is neither true nor false. They were pretty much exactly the same. Despite another hour in the oven. Stuff you stuffed vegetables

I have a bone to pick with stuffed vegetables. Twice they have let me down in the past two weeks. First it was the allure of stuffed mousaka eggplant, so much effort for very little in return. And then today in 30 degree heat, stuffed capsicum which were under cooked and disappointing. I have learnt my lesson and will no longer be the victim of such trickery and tease.
